{# Swap no-js -> js before CSS applies, so the AOS no-JS fallback in marketing-overrides.css (html:not(.js) [data-aos]) only reveals content when JS is off. #} Yamete — {# Non-critical (scroll animations, lightbox, custom selects) — loaded without blocking render via the media-swap trick; noscript fallback for no-JS. #}

Take back your nights.

Yamete shields the apps you choose during a nightly Guard Window (default 9 p.m.-6 a.m.), enforced on the parent's own phone -- no server in the loop, and everything releases automatically by morning.

Coming soon to iPhone & Android.

How it works

Set it up once. Every night after that takes care of itself.

1

Set your Guard Window

Pick the hours you want shielded -- 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. by default -- and which apps it covers.

2

They shield themselves at night

Shielding is decided on the device itself, so it keeps working with no signal and no account.

3

Unlock with Face ID or your fingerprint, released by morning

Need an app anyway? A quick biometric check gets you in. Everything releases automatically when the window ends.

Built for real nights

Why it holds up

Works with no signal

Shielding runs on the device, not a server, so it keeps working through dead zones and airplane mode.

Hard to shrug off

Tamper resistance makes turning Yamete off take real, noticeable effort -- not a guarantee, but a real deterrent.

PIN & recovery codes

A Master PIN with attempt lockout, plus one-time recovery codes if you ever forget it.

iPhone & Android

Built natively for both platforms, with the same Guard Window behavior on either.

How your data is handled

Runs on-device. No account required to use it.

The app doesn't watch what you do -- shielding decisions happen entirely on the phone, and it needs no account. Family location sharing is a separate, optional feature: opt-in, consent-gated, and pausable at any time by the person being shared. (This website uses analytics only with your consent.)

Frequently asked questions

No. Shielding decisions are made on-device -- Yamete isn't watching your activity or sending it anywhere.

Unlock with a quick biometric check or your Master PIN. The system Phone and Messages apps are excluded from shielding by design.

Use one of the one-time recovery codes generated during setup to reset it.

Only if you choose to turn on family location sharing, which is opt-in, consent-gated, and separate from app blocking. It can be paused at any time.
